Mushrooms Galore!

This dish is simple, tangy and delicious and only takes about 30 minutes from start to finish with your pre prepped mushrooms!

Simple Mushroom Pasta for two:

  • 1 cup mixed roasted mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp capers

  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped garlic

  • 1 small sliced anchovy

  • 2 tbsps olive oil or garlic chili oil

  • Dried pasta for 2 (we use spaghetti)

  • Fresh chopped parsley, basil or cilantro

Directions:

Put the first 4 ingredients in a pan and sauté about 2 minutes.

Fix pasta according to instructions based on the dried pasta you are using.

When pasta is ready, add to the sautéed ingredients and toss. Sprinkle parsley or whatever fresh herbs you chose to use. This is simple and delicious. Enjoy!
